Wagering on the game point spread, money line, or total (over/under) includes any overtime scoring.
Half-time (2nd Half) wagering includes any overtime scores. Fourth Quarter wagering does NOT include overtime scores.
Bets on 1st, 2nd half, and all quarters will be considered action upon completion of the period in question.
All games must be played on scheduled dates and sites.

For run lines and game totals (over/under), a baseball game becomes official after 8 1/2 innings if the home team is winning, or 9 innings if visiting team is winning.
If a game is canceled or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score determines the winner at the time the game is "called").
Wagers will be refunded on money line bets if the home team ties the game, and the game is then suspended or canceled.
If a game goes past nine innings and not finished (i.e., suspended, curfew, rain delay, etc.), there is action on game, total, and run line wagers.

Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.
Every baseball line except for the Full Game Money Line is ALWAYS LISTED PITCHERS.
You can place a bet on the full game conditional to:

One Specified Pitcher: A wager on a specific pitcher can be the pitcher for the same team the customer’s betting, or the other team’s pitcher.
Listed Pitchers: A wager that specifies both starting pitchers as advertised. If the starting pitchers are not the ones listed on our betting display board or your ticket, your bet grades as "no action."
